Get in touch & get to know each other
It’s as easy as booking a complimentary 30-minute call, or sending an enquiry. We’ll have a complimentary 30-minute chat to make sure we’re a good fit (great events mean close collaboration) and discuss your event, your vision and your budget.
Book your date
After our chat, I’ll prepare a quote for my services. Then you can secure the date in my calendar by signing the contract. We’re ready to start making your magnificent occasion a reality.
Bringing it together
Unleash your creative side and tell me everything: all the colours, the food and your dream. Whether you’ve got your masterpiece mapped already or need some help, we’ll craft your bespoke event creative brief.
For my Essential Packages, this is where you also hand over your event details so I can prepare your timeline, visit the venue and orchestrate the party of your dreams.
Logistics & liaison
You’ve ticked off the creative brief and given me a licence to bring it to life. It’s time for me to research and start weaving the planning magic. I’ll update you during our scheduled consultations and by weekly emails in between.
Your celebration
The day has arrived. You’re refreshed, relaxed and ready to be a guest at your own celebration, while your family and guests simply enjoy the day alongside you. I’m checking every detail, overseeing the set-up and coordinating the venue and suppliers. You’re going to have a ball.
