Venue Spotlight: Oatlands Estate (Navarra)
Oatlands Estate is one of the popular spaces under Navarra that is known for their elegance. It is located within Oatlands Golf Club course, which is about 10 minutes drive from Parramatta (Sydney). There is a long driveway from Bettington Road, with lots of golf course views to Oatlands Estate. There are at least 300 car spaces and a spacious loading dock area.
There are 6 spaces for wedding reception (or social celebrations), and 3 spaces for ceremonies.
Georgian Grand Ballroom
This is the largest space at Oatlands Estate, which comprises the Grand Ballroom and Rose Suite combined (when the connecting doors are open). As you have access to the Grand Ballroom and Rose Suite, you will have more views and space outside including the adjoining gardens and terraces, and a small vineyard nearby.
This space holds 320-660 guests (seated).
Grand Ballroom
This is one of the rooms that is part of the Georgian Grand Ballroom. It has a modern French style with high ceilings, lots of embellishments and grand chandeliers, making this ballroom very elegant. The bridal table has the backdrop of the Enchanted Garden with natural light
This space holds 220-480 guests (seated).
Rose Suite
Rose Suite looks out into the Rose Garden with permanent fairy lights, which gives an elegant touch. It also has chandeliers and marble fireplaces which gives a cosy feel at Rose Suite, making this room perfect for weddings and even social celebrations. There are also French-styled panelled bay windows, which adds extra elegance to this room.
This space holds 60-190 guests (seated).
Deck Room
This space is closeby to the carpark and with no steps to the Deck Room, making this room easily accessible, and is wheelchair and pram friendly. The Deck Room contains blinds which can be wound up when guests start to enter the room as a form of room reveal, at the start of the wedding reception. As the deck room overlooks the golf course behind the bridal table, this allows natural light into the space which looks amazing with daytime weddings.
This space holds 100-230 guests (seated).
Rebecca Suite
This space is one of my favourite rooms at Oatlands Estate. With high ceilings, chandeliers and historic walls, it doesnβt require a lot of extra decorations to make celebrations memorable. The Rebecca Suite opens up to the Chateau, which gives an opportunity for the bride to walk down the aisle from Rebecca Suite (when the doors open) to the Chateau.
This space holds 40-110 guests (seated).
Elizabeth Suite
Elizabeth Suite is the only room (out of the 6 room spaces) where it is only accessed by going upstairs. However, it has a balcony, where it overlooks the Chateau and can see beautiful views of the gold course. This especially would look beautiful when watching the sun set.
This space holds 20-60 guests (seated)
Enchanted Garden
This outdoor space is known for its manor sandstone water feature, surrounded by lots of greenery and some vines. Enchanted Garden is located just outside the Garden Ballroom, making transition from ceremony to reception a breeze. This can also be used as an area for guests to mingle on arrival before entering the Garden Ballroom.
This space holds 40-80 guests.
Rose Garden
Rose Garden contains a circular French-style water fountain, creating a perfect backdrop, surrounded by greenery and landscape gardens. This space is also a perfect space for a garden ceremony, which can proceed to the Rose Suite afterwards for reception.
This space holds 60-80 guests.
Oatlands Chateau
This chateau is iconic of Oatlands Estate, as itβs one of the views you would see when arriving at Oatlands Estate. With its embellished pillars and bench seats, it can be further decorated with drapings and floral arrangements, making this ceremony memorable. This is also located across from Rebecca Suite, which can be an ideal reception space to continue on with the wedding celebrations afterwards.
This space holds 320-660 guests.

Looking for a venue can be very overwhelming and daunting to think about when planning a big celebration, especially a wedding! I love to go to venues myself and explore so many different spaces so that I can help you decide which venue(s) would best suit your wedding or event! This will save you so much time from researching yourself and having to physically go to venues by yourself to help you make a decision of which space to book.
